Payment methods

1. By card:
   Every purchase from the website of DIMIHOME.gr is made at the option of the buyer with the possibility of payment and with VISA and MASTERCARD credit cards. Shipping Products

The products are sent by courier company and are delivered safely to the address you will specify within one or three working days from the day of payment of the order.

DIMIHOME does not acknowledge the existence of any responsibility in case of delay in delivery due to extreme weather events, strikes and force majeure, so the above delivery deadline will be extended as long as the reason for the delay.

The shipping charge is calculated and suggested in the order form. The products are always accompanied by the corresponding documents.

For all orders, packaging costs are free.

Shipping charges

All shipping costs are calculated in the total shopping cart at the final payment amount. Indicatively, the shipping cost up to 2 kg is € 3.50 (incl. VAT) for shipments throughout Greece.

For inaccessible peripherals or remote areas, there may be additional charges for shipping costs, according to the applicable courier service area list. For every additional 1 kg there is a charge of € 1.80.

The cost of cash on delivery is € 1.90 (including VAT) throughout Greece.

Order cancellation

Returns policy

Our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction. It is emphasized that only products can be exchanged and not refunded.

We are sorry but there are no changes in offer products (offer products are all discount products in all eshop categories.)

Please note that returned products must not be used, opened, worn, washed, modified or damaged and the labels that came with the product must be present, just as they were when you received it along with the retail receipt or invoice.

DEFECTIVE product
